 Tips before you start the Crawl

  • Unless you're into walking 10+ miles, fill your tank! This is not exactly a walkable crawl

  • Bring a friend or a journal—this is an introspective experience.

  • Bring water! Coffee can get dehydrating if that's all you're drinking.

  • Dress cute and take pictures—Columbia cafes are big on aesthetics.

  • Vibe-check each place; one might become your new spot!

Stop 1: Morning Start – Indah Coffee (Cottontown)

Time: 8:30 AM
Vibe: Chill, cozy, ideal for easing into the day
Must-try's: Thai Coffee or the Honey Lavender Latte
Why: This location is peaceful in the mornings, with plenty of comfortable seating options and light background music. Quality local roast and friendly baristas set the tone for the day.

Stop 2: Mid-Morning Inspo – Curiosity Coffee Bar

Time: 10:00 AM
Vibe: Funky, artsy, community-oriented
Must-try's: Lemon Basil Latte or Cinni Vanilli Latte
Why: Just a short walk (or even shorter drive) from Indah Coffee, Curiosity is a little offbeat in the best way. Great for finding inspiration for the day with lots to try from their menu to their art!

Stop 3: Midday Focus – Azalea Coffee Bar

Time: 12:00 PM
Vibe: Bright, feminine energy, laptop-friendly
Must-try's: Mother's Day or any of the seasonal specials
Why: An 11-minute drive from Curiosity to slow down the day and once you arrive, maybe knock out some emails or journal. This location offers some comfy seating and cozy corners to lock in with a great drink!

Stop 4: Afternoon Energy Boost – Drip Coffee (Five Points)

Time: 2:00 PM
Vibe: Trendy, social, iconic
Must-try's: Vanilla and Almond Iced Breve + Avocado Toast
Why: A classic Columbia café in a classic location. Five Points can be lively in the afternoons, and Drip keeps it buzzing with great espresso and cool baristas. Sit outside if the weather’s nice and maybe stop next door for gelato!

Stop 5: Sunset Wind Down – 7 Brew

Time: 4:00 PM
Vibe: Drive-Thru, great for sunset drive windows down aesthetic
Must-try's: Sweet and Salty or German Chocolate
Why: A 12-minute drive from 5 Points, 7 Brew is an amazing hotspot to grab and go. This portion of the crawl allows you to get out and explore the outer areas of Columbia!

    Optional Sweet Treat – Cool Beans Coffee Company 

Time: 6:00 PM
Must-try's: Italian Cream Soda or Perfect Woman Latte
Why: If you’re still going strong and want to end on a slightly sweet note, this one’s for you. It's open late and close to downtown with "dessert-ish" drinks!
